Is there a way to disable this new customer success bot? It loads up every time I navigate to a new page and is quite annoying to be honest

Looping back, I’ve followed up with some folks and it turns out that this is a Zendesk chat issue which is happening to a small number of customers. It’s something we’re actively working on, and we’re hopeful it will be resolved quickly! Sorry about the nuisance, and thank you for bringing it to our attention!
