I have a custom form that works fine in unbounce preview mode for both desktop and mobile, submits just fine. when i publish the page live, the form submits just fine in desktop, but mobile will not work at all. looking for any help at all.

I just tested the form - other thank some weird line breaks for your text, it seems to have worked successfully.
I used Safari on Iphone XS.
