Hi all, I am looking to build a form where we can collect data and a unique 4 digit code. I know how to build forms but is there a way that i can add a section to add a code one per person?

Hi @triciawilson,
Do you need to check that 4 digit code against some kind of a database?
If not what’s the problem with using a text field where visitors can type out their code?
