Condition submit event to value selected in form

We have a form in which the user must select an income range in order to filter them for the sales team, but our client asked us to only count as lead those who select any of the 3 highest options. (does this sounds logic to any of you?)

Is there a way to submit the form (save the information in unbounce for further filtering) but:

1. Avoid the facebook pixel lead event trigger

2. Avoid the zoho integration to automatically send leads with certain values

Any other idea how we could solve this?
