Checkboxes and HubSpot integration

Hi,

I am using the HubSpot Integration in Unbounce. I have created a form including a checkbox. I have the fields property mapped with HubSpot, however when I submit the form only one selection at a time will submit to HubSpot.

Has anyone experienced this yet?

I am having the same issue! Did you find a solution?

No I didn’t. We ended up changing how we were collecting the data.

@UnbounceTechTeam I’ve been running into this issue as well. Is it possible to investigate the format Unbounce is passing the Checkboxes into HubSpot? The data I see from the Unbounce form passed into HubSpot is comma-delimited. Perhaps HubSpot is looking for a semicolon delimiter or some other method? Here’s a screenshot.

I’ve found HubSpot’s Legacy API doc and looks like they are looking for a Semicolon delimiter when passing in multiple checkbox values into a form: https://legacydocs.hubspot.com/docs/faq/how-do-i-set-multiple-values-for-checkbox-properties
