Our existing site already uses a subdomain (we’re part of a larger company and don’t control the top-level domain). Can I just have Unbounce landing pages show up at existing-subdom.mysite.com/landingpage or similar? Do I have to edit CNAME records for this to work?

Because you’re not able to point a subdomain to two different hosts at once (and because we host your Unbounce pages), you’re not able use a path on your existing site for your Unbounce pages. Changing the existing CNAME record to point to our host, would bring your existing pages down, so you will need a separate sub-domain to use for your Unbounce pages.
