1: What challenge are you currently trying to solve? Give as much detail as possible
Priority is phone calls, form fills are secondary. Two versions in test, one with problem solution, other solution only. Want to maximize weekday calls (weekends office is closed) - form is for off hours. Is the page motivating? Are we missing anything? Too much?

2: How are you driving traffic to your page?
Adwords and bing

3: What is your conversion goal?
Trying to figure out realistic goal for our kind of service, so can’t answer at this point. Any insight offered is appreciated.

4: Provide a link to your published landing page / convertable:
ex. http://www.landingpage.com/ http://contact.eldercarehomehealth.com/home-health-care/

Hi Malcolm,

Cool page! Here’s a short video with a few things you might want to test: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cFf0b6bQ3K

My first reaction is that there is too much, especially when considering the audience this is targeting. I know they are likely to want to read more, but maybe not all at once.

I second @Nicholas point about condensing the testimonials, that should help tighten things up. Definitely try out a different CTA button, “Call Now”, “Call for More Info”, etc…

The more I look at it actually…the more complicated it seems. I bet you’ve done a stellar job at simplifying things, but I say make it super obvious for this audience. For example, “review” don’t call it that. Tell them exactly what it is, “Customer Testimonial.”

I bet you would see more conversions if you placed the section in my screen capture, just below the header instead of the section of text. That has 3 great things in it where you are specifically telling the user what they can do, call now, or fill out the form and we’ll get to you later.

I changed the button color to match the form, I also like the idea of that being a two-step. Perhaps make another button “Get Help After Hours” something obvious as to what they can do after hours. Then let that form show in a light box.

Hope that helps 🙂

Nicholas, wow, that’s feedback. Thanks for your thorough analysis and comments. Definitely worth having a closer look at a number of your comments going forward. Malcolm

Kyle, Nothing like an image to make your point. Agreed - “Customer testimonial” works for me. Also like the call now button although perhaps only on mobile (we’ve actually done this on our main site, don’t know why I didn’t think of it here).
