Hi There,
I’ve added this link to a button on my landing page (https://www.schoolplanner.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/School_planner_ad_guide.pdf) and when I click it, it’s being changed to this (https://www.schoolplanner.com/ad-guide/clkn/https/www.schoolplanner.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/School_planner_ad_guide.pdf).
How can I fix this?

Here’s the URL- try clicking on the button or thumbnail. It should take you to a PDF, but it’s taking me to reformatted URL with a clkn wrapper. You can see the URL in the screenshot attached.

Hi again! I took a look at the URL that you’re sending that button to, and there seems to be a space in the URL 😬
I suggest copy/pasting that URL into your browser to find the space, deleting it, then try again and see if it works.
If things are still not working, it might be worth reaching out to our Support team so that they can investigate further.

Hi - Here’s the URL being used:
I just checked and the button did have a space, but the thumbnail did not. Both now have the above URL, but are still getting the same clkn formatted result.
