Hello, at a Google Ads course I made an unbounce account with a g-suite account but I couldn’t get a confirmation email because at the time I hadn’t fixed that g-suite account to be able to receive any emails. So I created another unbounce account with a personal email and I had no issues, I was able to cancel my unbounce plan before the free trial period expired but I forgot about the one I created with my g-suite account and I thought I was not going to be billed because I never confirmed the unbounce account, so today I get a charge of $948 usd and it was a huge hit in my finance. Please help me with this issue, it was an honest mistake not to cancel my plan before the free trial period expired. I really hope you can help me. Thank you very much.
