I have a “custom html” form on my landing page and wish to use a sticky bar to display this form when a button on the sticky bar is clicked. The form should not be in a lightbox or from another page because it picks up hidden fields from the URL and I don’t think that will work in a lightbox form. Also, I don’t like lightboxes 🙂

Also, when the form loads, the sticky bar should disappear.

On desktop, there will be no sticky bar. The form should function normally.

Any idea how to implement this? Thanks!
