In my Google Ads campaign, I employ Dynamic Keyword Insertion, which dynamically populates the Destination URL with relevant keywords. then DTR populates the landing page. I'm curious if a similar mechanism applies to site links and callout extensions, considering they are components displayed beneath the main Google ad.
