After completing g my Desktop design,  I go to mobile to fix up all the elements that has gone all wonky,  when going back to Desktop it is also out of whack.  How do I lock down a design in Mobile once done so that changes on Desktop or vice verse does not effect each other?

Hey @Mignon, thanks for your post! 😃 I see this is the second time that you have posted in our community, which is awesome! I wanted to let you know that if you have any more technical questions and wanted a faster turnaround time you might be better off reaching out directly to our support team. You can find out how to contact them here:

Now that’s out of the way, let’s hop in to your question! It sounds like you are using the Classic Builder. When using the Classic Builder, changes that you make in one version of the page (desktop or mobile) will be reflected in the other. If you want to prevent this from happening, please check out this handy documentation below:

https://documentation.unbounce.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005753203-How-Do-I-Edit-In-Mobile-View-Without-Changing-the-Desktop-View-in-the-Classic-Builder-

I’ll also just mention that in the Smart Builder, you can rearrange your mobile content without affecting the desktop/tablet view (no need for any workarounds!). You can find out more about that here:

https://documentation.unbounce.com/hc/en-us/articles/4403349203732-Editing-the-Mobile-or-Tablet-Version-of-your-Page-in-Smart-Builder

I hope this helps @Mignon, have a brilliant weekend! 👋
